Primary Uses

1. Food and Beverage: MKP serves as a bacterial culture agent and flavor enhancer for synthetic sake. It is also used in the production of potassium metaphosphate and as a culture, leavening, and fermentation agent in yeast.

2. Industrial Applications: Functions as a pH buffering agent in surface treatments, detergents, and pharmaceuticals. Additionally, it is used as a microorganism growth medium and buffering material in potassium metaphosphate production.

Packaging and Storage

Food Grade: Packaged in 25kg/50lb kraft paper bags or jumbo bags.

Technical Grade: Available in 25kg kraft paper bags or jumbo bags. For optimal preservation, store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from toxic and hazardous chemicals.
