Application

- Chemical Industry: Production of formaldehyde, synthetic rubber, acetic acid. 

- Other Uses: Organic glass manufacturing, wood processing, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, and microbiological applications.

Transportation and Storage

- Transportation: By all modes according to applicable shipping rules. Rail in special tank cars without bottom discharge; Road in tank cars. 

- Storage: In compliance with rules for highly flammable and toxic fluids.
